It is officially Fall here in San Francisco – so that is what I did. The result was a totally busted shoulder.
Everyone at my beloved Zuckerberg General Hospital was fantastic and I am now back in the apartment on Fell Street in the safe hands of Nurse James. I am falling in love with Oxycontin
