So we have a party to mark the on-moving of Yukiko, Anna and Mary, all of whom are delightful.
I think I was most marked by the incredible amount of meat that was scarfed. Like in Japan you do not, by and large, eat a lot of meat but at this party kind neighbor Mark brought a whole turkey. There was also a massive leg of lamb.
OK, there were a lot of people, but there was a feral, primitive, ferocity to the meat-eating whereby every scrap was fought over.

Animals normally throw their heads over their right shoulder when ripping into meat. This guy closes his right eye.
